On Wednesday night my Mom has a women's home team in her home. The women are ranging in ages from 25 to 50. We all come from different backgrounds, races, and marital status. We do however share a special bond, we all have a relationship with Jesus Christ and that unites us!
This past Wednesday night we talked about the stepping stones of life. My Mom had gotten a basket full of small stones and asked us each to write significant milestones in our lives along with the dates. It was such an awesome time of sharing and growing together as a group! I'm so blessed to have each of these women in my life!

Wow, I'm a rock! Cool! That last one should be 2008 though, right. It's so awesome to look back at our life experience and see how God has shaped us and can use our journey for his purposes.
That's right Julie...you rock! :)
Stacey, I'm so glad that you shared your milestones that night as well as here on your blog. God has lead you down an incredible path and you have grown so strong! Thank you for blessing my life! I love you!
I think those stepping stones are a wonderful idea. God uses everything in our lives to make us who we are, and remembering them is so important.
Thanks for sharing from your heart! And may God use your pain for His glory.
BTW praying for you regarding your husbands degree!
Stacey is was awesome to do this all together the other night. Thanks for stepping out and sharing your story. Even though it is hard some times. It is so worth it when you can help some one else and you relize your stone wasn't for nothing!! That sounds funny but you know what I mean!!
